All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Expected delivery is 7-14 business days following shipment date.
Preorders have extended shipping times. The estimated arrivals of preorder and special order items are listed in the product description. The estimated arrival time is when the preorder or special order item is expected to be ready for shipping from our store, and standard shipping times apply. Orders containing special order or preorder items may be held until all items are available for shipping.
It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping info. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are recorded as delivered. Please ensure you have a secure location for your deliveries.
EXCHANGES, AND SHOP CREDIT:
We are confident you will love your purchase and customize our sizing to reflect the same recommendations we would make face to face. However, we realize that sometimes it isn't going to be love. All returns must be approved via email - email shopwithmelissas@gmail.com to initiate your return or exchange. NO refunds, Shop Credit Only.
Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving item and based on tracking record delivery dare.
- Shipping is at your expense and we will issue a refund in the form of shop credit.
- Exchange for same item in a different size - ship to us at your expense and we will cover shipping back to your on the size exchange. All exchanges must be approved prior to sending item back to be certain we have the exchange available. We will only hold an item for an exchange for 5 days.
- Sale items and flash sales are FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returns/Exchanges must be initiated and approved within 5 days of delivery or the date your order becomes available for pickup. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, pet hair and with all tags attached. Magnolia Jean Boutique tag must be attached to all items. Items not shipped back within 10 days of approval email will not be accepted. Returns/Exchanges not meeting these guidelines will not be accepted.
Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you are responsible for paying return shipping.
Final Sale/Non-Returnable - Accessories, Jewelry, Intimates and Final Sale Items are NOT returnable.
